Place your toddler into the bathtub and start running the water. Make sure it is not too hot.  When the water is the right temperature, close the drain of the tub.

Take a small bucket, fill it with water from the spout that is running, and pour it over your toddler’s head and body. Do this twice.

Put shampoo on your toddler’s hair and lather it up quickly washing your toddler’s hair. Be sure to use shampoo that will not cause tears.

Then lather up your hands with your toddler’s soap, and use your hands to lather your toddler’ s legs, arms, etc., quickly.

Fill up the bucket with water and pour it over your toddler several times until your toddler is rinsed.
