How to Boost Metabolism

If you are looking to boost your metabolism, you will be surprised how effective a high intensity interval training program can be. Below are the steps for an interval training routine that will help you boost your metabolism.

Stretch.

 

Walk or jog lightly for 3 to 6 minutes to warm up.

 

Sprint at maximum intensity or close to it for 1 minute.

 

Jog moderately for the next 2 minutes.

 

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 (sprint for 1 minute; jog moderately for 2 minutes) 3 more times.

 

Cool down by lightly jogging or walking for 3 to 6 minutes.

 

Repeat this routine 3 days a week for 5 to 10 weeks.
