How to Connect Wii to Internet
The Nintendo Wii is an exciting and fun home game system that has a unique interactive interface which lets you make hand and body motions and movements instead of just sitting on the couch. This following steps describe how to connect your Wii to the Internet.
Turn on your Wii.
Go to the Wii Menu and select the “Wii Options” button on the bottom left of the screen. It is the button labeled “Wii”.
Click on the “Wii Settings” button. It is the button with the wrench icon on it.
Scroll through the Wii Settings menus by clicking on the arrows.
Click on the “Internet” button.
Click on the “Connection Settings” button.
Select “Connection 1″.
Click on “Wireless Connection”
Click on “Search for an Access Point”.
Click “OK” to save your settings and to start the Wii Internet Connection Test. See Tips section below if you have difficulty here.
Your Wii is now connected to the Internet and you can download Wii updates, download items from the Wii Shop Channel, and use the Weather and News channels.
