Gather the following information required to file your claim: name, contact information, social security number, name and addresses of last employers in last 18 months, date you started working with your last employer, date of final day of work with your last employer, driver’s license number, letter of separation notice from your last employer.
Call the Georgia Department of Labor Online Interactive Voice Response Systemn (OLIVor) at 1-866-873-5656 or 404-232-290 to establish a PIN number for unemployment insurance or file a claim.
Once you have a PIN, you can access the Georgia Department of Labor Claims System online at https://www.dol.state.ga.us.
