How to Lose Weight and Burn Fat

If you are stagnant in your exercise routine, especially if you are running long distances, you will be surprised how much fat you can burn around your waistline and stomach with short, high intensity interval training. If you implement interval training, you will lose weight and burn fat. Below are the steps for such a routine that will help you burn fat and lose weight.

Stretch your legs and calves.

Walk or jog lightly for 3 to 6 minutes to warm up.

Sprint for 1 minute.

Then, jog moderately for 2 minutes.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 (sprint for 1 minute; jog moderately for 2 minutes) 3 more times.

Cool down by lightly jogging or walking for 3 to 6 minutes.

Do this routine 3 days a week for 5 to 10 weeks.
