How to Throw a Baseball Harder
Throwing the baseball harder or at increased speeds is a wish of a lot of players. Some options to improve your throwing velocity are discussed below.
Long toss a couple of times a week. Using proper technique, get together with a friend or sibling and throw long distances to each other. As you get stronger, increase the distance of your throws.
Do squats or other leg exercises to strengthen your legs.
Engage in a daily stretching routine. Flexibility in your arms, shoulders, legs and hips will allow you to throw harder. Before starting any program, consult your baseball coach and your physician.
